Course Description

Hands on experience with the actual equipment in an environment where track and public safety is not at risk. The simulated environment also allows component changing under controlled conditions and where appropriate the equipment may be stripped to base and re-built.  

Audience

Signal Engineers who fault, maintain, install or test manually operated barrier systems. Essentially delegates will have acquired basic signalling skills and knowledge prior to attending this course. They must be proficient in the use of a multi-meter. This course also covers barrier systems where CCTV is installed but does NOT cover the CCTV equipment itself. Please refer to CCTV1 course.
